The accommodation

Recently refurbished to a high standard, the apartment offers bright and comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The open-plan living and dining area is modern and welcoming, with air conditioning, comfortable seating, Smart TV and direct access to the terrace through large patio doors. Split air conditioning is installed throughout the apartment, including the living room and both bedrooms, ensuring comfort all year round.

The spacious terrace enjoys lovely views over the communal pool, gardens and the sea, creating the perfect place to relax outdoors. It is furnished with exterior sofas, an overhead awning and a side awning that can be used for additional shade or as a wind break. There is also a dining table with six chairs for al fresco meals while enjoying the Mediterranean views.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, hand blender and Krups Dolce Gusto coffee machine, together with all necessary kitchenware and crockery for a comfortable self-catering stay.

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms:

* The main bedroom features a 135cm double bed, fitted wardrobes, split air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower.
* The second bedroom has two 90cm single beds, fitted wardrobe, split air conditioning and a Smart TV.

Please note that the walk back to the apartment is uphill with a fairly steep incline.
