The accommodation

The apartment is fully furnished, air conditioned, with independent heating, with free WI-FI connection, 2 TVs and with parquet laid both in the living area and in the sleeping area.

- LIVING ROOM: there is a comfortable sofa bed with a double mattress inside and a 55-inch smart TV.

- KITCHEN: it is equipped with all appliances: oven and stove, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. There are utensils and tableware for 4 people: pots, oven dishes, cutlery, salad bowls, plates, glasses, cups, mugs and much more. The tap water is drinkable, controlled and allows you to avoid the use of plastic bottles. There is a table with 4 chairs and there are placemats and tea towels, and you will find cleaning products.

- BEDROOM: there is a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe with hangers for coats, trousers and skirts and a 32-inch ceiling TV. You will find blankets, sheets, pillowcases and double pillows.

- BATHROOM: it has a window and has recently been renovated with new furniture and a large walk-in shower. It is equipped with a set of towels, shower mats, toilet paper, liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and a scale. There is also a first aid kit and thermometer.

- CLOSET/LAUNDRY ROOM: there is an open shoe rack, a washing machine and you will find everything you need to wash and/or clean.

- GARAGE: it is private so it is always available and free. Possibility of parking on the street for free.

The Tourist Tax must be paid on site at check in.

The apartment is: 100 meters from the Fair, 1.2 km from the train station (using the rear access) and 2.5 km from Piazza Brà, but in any case there is a bus stop under the house with a convenient direction to the city center. Within 50 meters there is a large supermarket, a restaurant, a pizza by the slice, a tobacconist, a pharmacy, a pastry shop and a bar.
