The accommodation

Available for short-term rental in two-week periods during July, August, and September. Families only. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Duplex penthouse on Gandia beach. The first floor features two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and access to the lower terrace. The spacious living room also opens onto the lower terrace with unobstructed sea views. Air conditioning (heating and cooling) is installed in the living room and master bedroom. On the second floor, there is a third double bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. A large terrace with unobstructed views is also available. Includes a parking space. Located in a residential complex with a swimming pool, garden, and tennis court.

Setting

The building is located in the northern part of Gandia beach, in a quiet residential area. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away. All amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.) are nearby.

Gandia beach stands out for its crystal-clear water and white sand and its extension and breadth, which makes it one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. A very short distance from the beach center of Gandia you can also enjoy natural environments of great beauty and just a stone's throw away you also have the city of Gandia where its historical past and tradition merge (Ducal Palace, the Collegiate Church...) with its festivals and its spectacular gastronomy (it is essential to try the fideuá).
