This apartment offers magnificent and breathtaking views, stretching from one end of Rincón de Loix to the Old Town and even beyond towards Poniente, overlooking the entire beach and providing stunning sunsets. It is located in the upper part of Rincón de Loix, a lively area full of atmosphere. However, thanks to its elevated position, the apartment is also peaceful and free from disturbing noise.

You can also arrive by car, as we offer plenty of parking spaces both inside and outside the building.

The famous Levante Beach is about a 15-minute walk away. Nearby, you will find beautiful walking and hiking routes through the Sierra Helada Natural Park or up to the Benidorm Cross, as well as charming restaurants, numerous shops, and the vibrant center of Benidorm with its wide range of leisure activities.

The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a lovely living room with a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower and a practical hairdryer.
