The accommodation

The flat has an independent entrance and consists of a living room with sofas and TV, a small kitchen and a large double bedroom, all with direct access to the terrace. The latter consists of a large living space, partly covered, equipped with tables, chairs, sofa, outdoor sink and barbecue. There are also two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, one overlooking the alley and the other with light from the entrance and two bathrooms with shower cubicle. The flat is suitable for a family of up to six people or two couples of friends.
With its wooden-beam ceiling and stylish furniture, the flat is particularly suitable for a clientele that appreciates the qualities of traditional spaces and the charm of historic homes, accompanied by an exceptional view of monuments and the historic landscape and a comfortable set of amenities. The house is in fact equipped with television, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven and fans, WIFI.

Please remember:
- to dispose of your waste correctly according to the schedule provided (our staff are authorised to charge a supplement of € 50.00 for non-compliance).
- do not waste water and electricity
- do not switch on electrical appliances at the same time
- respect the afternoon rest period (14:30/16:30) and after midnight
- do not leave keys in the lock
- always close the main door
- close all windows when leaving
- your guests are allowed until midnight but are not allowed to sleep in the house
- clean the kitchenette and dishes at check out
- do not smoke inside the house
- supervise children in the pool area
At the end of your stay we will check the situation in the house.

The house is located in the historic centre with restricted traffic. Non-restricted street parking in ZTL area for which we provide season tickets for transit and parking.

Activities and attractions

Medieval Gaeta, known by everyone as 'Old' Gaeta: a collection of narrow streets, stairways, churches and bell towers where time seems to stand still, together with panoramic views over the blue sea. Medieval Gaeta is also the centre of nightlife. There are numerous trendy clubs and restaurants that attract many people, especially young people. The brand new cycle path, the green public gardens, the possibility of renting boats for a ride along the coast and the area closed to traffic in summer make it an excellent reference point also for families with children.
