The villa is on one floor with an external patio. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and pleasure of an exclusive location 5 km from the centre of Sperlonga and its sandy beaches, not to mention the archaeological and tourist sites nearby.
Description: Villa 6 people. The villa of about 100 square meters is composed of entrance into the large living room with dining area with table and chairs and living area with sofa. Separate kitchen equipped with 4 burners, dishwasher, oven. The hallway disengages 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower is accessible from both the double bedroom and the twin bedroom. Another bathroom with shower is located opposite the kitchen. Renovated in recent months the villa has simple and functional furnishings to enjoy the spaces fluidly.
The outdoor spaces are designed to enjoy life in the open air. A long patio is located on the entrance side of the villa and another covered patio is located on the back side of the villa overlooking the beautiful valley. Parking spaces inside the property, completely fenced with manual entrance gate, outdoor shower. Barbecue.
Pets allowed on request with extra charge.

- to dispose of your waste correctly according to the schedule provided (Our staff are authorised to charge a supplement of € 50.00 in case of waste present in the house at check out).
- do not waste water and electricity
- do not switch on electrical appliances at the same time
- to respect the rest in the afternoon (14:30/16:30) and after midnight
- do not leave keys in the lock
- always close the main door
- close all windows when leaving
- your guests are allowed until midnight but are not allowed to sleep in the house
- clean the kitchenette and dishes at check out
- do not smoke inside the house

The villa is located in the exclusive "Comprensorio di Cetarola", a prestigious and private place where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday immersed in nature with splendid sea views and breathtaking sunsets. Punta Cetarola is one of the protected areas in the province of Pontina and in Lazio. The vegetation is typical of the Mediterranean scrub found along the Lazio and Mediterranean coasts, with rosemary, broom and pine trees; the fauna is represented especially by numerous species of birds and, in particular, by cormorants, seagulls and peregrine falcons.
