The accommodation

At 300 metres above sea level, immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis, the villa is located at a particularly panoramic point on the hill overlooking the Intignano Valley from which you can enjoy views of the sea and the Pontine Islands.
The property is surrounded by a plot of about 2000 square meters with fruit trees, olive trees and cycads. The presence of fencing and a large access gate ensures guests privacy and allows you to enjoy the property with your four-legged friends. With a pleasant walk you can reach woods and small hill paths. Possibility of hiking and mountain biking, horseback riding on the trails. Ideal for those who love to regenerate in nature without giving up the proximity of the neighbouring tourist centres: only 7 km from the historical centre of Itri, a fortified village with a Norman castle and numerous testimonies of the Roman era; 8 km from Sperlonga with its characteristic historical centre, tourist port and sandy beaches; 17 km from Gaeta with its monuments, the Park of Monte Orlando with its Bourbon military strongholds, churches and splendid beaches; in the pizzerias and restaurants of the tourist centres you can taste typical specialities, above all based on fish, with fine wines and national and foreign beers. Various events are organised from May to October.
Rome and Naples can be reached in little more than an hour with trains every hour from Formia station.
Detached villa for 7 people on 2 levels - 115 sqm.
On the ground floor entrance into the air-conditioned living room with sofa and TV, open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fireplace and French windows with access to the outdoor patio, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with window.
On the second floor: a gallery overlooking the living room below disengages a double bedroom and a triple bedroom, each with private balcony, and a bathroom with shower. The house is furnished with lovely furniture suitable for a country environment. The outdoor patio covered with wooden beams is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the outdoor space. Sunbeds for relaxation.
The house is equipped with: television, washing machine, fridge, oven, dishwasher, heating, WiFi, Air Conditioning in the living room - kitchen.
Car necessary to move around the area. Pets allowed on request with an extra charge.

Please remember:
- dispose of your waste correctly according to the schedule provided (Our staff are authorised to charge an extra € 50.00 in case of waste present in the house at check out).
- do not waste water and electricity
- do not switch on electrical appliances at the same time
- to respect the rest in the afternoon (14:30/16:30) and after midnight
- do not leave keys in the lock
- always close the main door
- close all windows when leaving
- your guests are allowed until midnight but are not allowed to sleep in the house
- clean the kitchenette and dishes at check out
- do not smoke inside the house
