The accommodation

Delightful air-conditioned penthouse apartment, suitable for four people, with a sea-view terrace in the heart of Formia. It features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with a sofa and dining table. The living room leads to a spacious sea-view terrace equipped with a table, chairs, a large awning, and an electric barbecue. This recently renovated apartment is located on the second floor of a building (please note there are approximately 40 steps to access it) in a quiet residential complex, each with a private entrance and well-maintained outdoor spaces. A flight of steps leads to the air-conditioned apartment, nestled among fragrant jasmine, roses, and greenery. Ideal for those who want to experience the city with all amenities within walking distance: a supermarket 50 meters away, a bar 70 meters away, the beach 500 meters away, a bus stop 120 meters away, and a train station 1.3 km away, offering hourly trains to Rome and Naples in just over an hour. The ferry terminal for the Pontine Islands is 1.5 km away, while Gaeta is 5 km away and Sperlonga is 17 km away. An unforgettable holiday between sea and nature!
Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee. Reserved parking is available 300 meters from the house.

Please remember:
- dispose of your waste correctly according to the schedule provided
- do not waste water and electricity
- do not switch on electrical appliances at the same time
- to respect the rest in the afternoon (14:30/16:30) and after midnight
- do not leave keys in the lock
- always close the main door
- close all windows when leaving
- your guests are allowed until midnight but are not allowed to sleep in the house
- clean the kitchenette and dishes at check out
- do not smoke inside the house

The house is a short walk from all the town's services and from the beach of Vindicio, known as the "windsurfers' beach", an ideal place for lovers of surfing and many other water sports. It is a beach frequented mainly by young people but also convenient for families who can take advantage of the well-equipped bathing establishments. The local railway station has regular trains to Rome and Naples; from the port of Formia, you can easily reach the Pontine islands of Ponza and Ventotene.
