The accommodation

The house is located on the hill of Sperlonga, 7 km from the sea, in the exclusive residence of Punta Cetarola. It is located on a single floor with private uncovered parking space and has an outdoor space of about 35 square meters with sea view, ideal for enjoying the breathtaking panorama and magnificent sunsets.
The completely renovated house offers an air-conditioned living room, a separate kitchenette with electric hob, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. Adjacent to the kitchen we have a utility room with washing machine and boiler.
This property is located in a strategic position, close to the neighboring tourist centers and the splendid beaches of the Lazio coast. The characteristic historic center of Sperlonga, the tourist port and the sandy beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. Also, just 20 km away is Gaeta, famous for its monuments and the Monte Orlando Park. Rome and Naples are easily reachable in just over an hour.

Please remember:
- to dispose of waste correctly according to the calendar provided (our staff is authorised to charge an extra fee of € 50.00 in case of waste in the house at check-out).
- do not waste water and electricity
- do not switch on electrical appliances at the same time
- respect the afternoon rest period (14:30/16:30) and after midnight
- do not leave keys in the lock
- always close the front door
- close all windows when leaving
- your guests are allowed until midnight but are not allowed to sleep in the house
- clean the kitchenette and dishes when checking out
- do not smoke inside the house

The house is located on a hill. Car needed to get around the area. The nearest beaches are at least 7 km away and can only be reached by car.

The house is located within the exclusive "Cetarola District", a prestigious and private place where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday immersed in nature with splendid sea views and breathtaking sunsets. Punta Cetarola is one of the protected areas of the Pontine province and Lazio. The vegetation is typical of the Mediterranean scrub found along the Lazio and Mediterranean coasts with rosemary, broom and pine trees; the fauna is especially represented by numerous species of birds and, in particular, by cormorants, seagulls and peregrine falcons. Car required to get around: beaches, services, restaurants... everything is at least 7 km away.
