The accommodation

Casa Giardino dei Limoni occupies a typical, detached period building in the old center of Maranola di Formia. Approximately 70 square meters in size, the house is spread over three levels connected by an internal staircase. It features a 65 square meter roof garden on the ground floor, offering a glimpse of the Gulf of Gaeta. The house comprises a ground floor with a kitchenette and fireplace, a dining area, and a small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and washing machine. The second floor features an air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed, an armchair with a single bed, and access to a pleasant terrace with flowerbeds and trees, as well as a delightful balcony overlooking the alley. The third floor, the attic, houses a spacious air-conditioned double bedroom with a window and two skylights in the roof, and a bathroom with a large shower.
The vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and original period floors make the house particularly suitable for guests who appreciate the quality of traditional spaces and the charm of period homes.
The perfect solution if you love the tranquility of ancient villages: during the Christmas season, the picturesque streets of Maranola host a renowned living nativity scene.
Its strategic location also makes it an ideal destination for beach lovers, hikers, and mountain lovers. Just a few kilometers by car, you can reach the beaches of Formia, where you can enjoy water sports, and Gaeta, perfect for soaking up the sun with its well-equipped beach clubs. Maranola is also the starting point for numerous hiking trails leading to the Aurunci Mountains.
Please note: as it is nestled in the narrow streets of the village, the house can only be reached on foot, by scooter, or by bicycle. Public parking is approximately 450 meters from the house.

Please remember:
- dispose of your waste correctly according to the schedule provided (Our staff are authorised to charge an extra € 50.00 in case of waste present in the house at check out).
- do not waste water and electricity
- do not switch on electrical appliances at the same time
- to respect the rest in the afternoon (14:30/16:30) and after midnight
- do not leave keys in the lock
- always close the main door
- close all windows when leaving
- your guests are allowed until midnight but are not allowed to sleep in the house
- clean the kitchenette and dishes at check out
- do not smoke inside the house
- Pet extra charge € 30.00
