Casa Maresol is a spacious apartment of approximately 100 square meters located within a residential complex in the San Pietro area of ​​Formia. The home occupies the ground floor of a four-story terraced building. The interior space is well-organized: a large French window ensures natural light in the spacious and welcoming living area, furnished with a comfortable peninsula sofa, a wall unit with a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The kitchen, separate from the living area, also enjoys natural light and is well-sized for furniture and appliances such as an oven, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, one with a standard double bed and two smaller bedrooms, each with two single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms complete with toilet, bidet, and sink; one bathroom has a bathtub, while the other has a shower. The apartment also features a washing machine, gas heating, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and Wi-Fi.
