Immersed in the green hills of Sperlonga, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the Pontine Islands, Villa "Romantic Cove" is located in a position of total privacy with a 360° view of the Bambole beach and the sea. The structure has two internal and 3 external floors. It has a separate entrance and large outdoor spaces with terraces and panoramic viewpoints for enjoying life in the open air. The typology is terraced villa inside the exclusive residential complex of Punta Cetarola, with 2 reserved parking spaces.
Ideal for those who love the tranquility and pleasure of a sea view location 7 km from the centre of Sperlonga and its sandy beaches, not to mention the archaeological and tourist sites nearby.
Description: Villa on 2 levels max 7 persons. The villa is composed on the first floor of a bedroom with a double bed with an electrically raised back to enjoy the view from the sea view balcony; a bedroom without a door that can be closed with a blackout curtain that houses a single armchair bed, and a complete American style bathroom with separate shower compartment. On the ground floor, connected to the upper floor by a cherry wood spiral staircase, is the living room with kitchenette, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, double sofa bed and SAT TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi, fireplace and a bathroom with shower. The French window of the living room leads directly onto the large terrace with sea view furnished with table and chairs and a charming shade sail over the dining area. Another completely independent bedroom with double bed, panoramic window and air conditioning is located outside the villa. On the terrace there is a sheltered outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue and outdoor washing machine. The sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers and umbrella, the slab of coverage, fenced and ultra-panoramic, is accessible through characteristic wooden bridge. The furniture is refined and refined (iroko parquet and Vietri ceramic tiles). The house is air conditioned with heat pump elements to enjoy it, together with the fireplace in the living room, even during the winter period.

- to dispose of your waste correctly according to the schedule provided (our staff are authorised to charge a supplement of € 50.00 in case of non-compliance).
- do not waste water and electricity
- do not switch on electrical appliances at the same time
- respect the afternoon rest period (14:30/16:30) and after midnight
- do not leave keys in the lock
- always close the main door
- close all windows when leaving
- your guests are allowed until midnight but are not allowed to sleep in the house
- clean the kitchenette and dishes at check out
- do not smoke inside the house

The villa is located in the exclusive "Comprensorio di Punta Cetarola", a prestigious and private place where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday immersed in nature with splendid sea views and breathtaking sunsets. Punta Cetarola is one of the protected areas in the province of Pontina and in Lazio. The vegetation is typical of the Mediterranean scrub found along the Lazio and Mediterranean coasts, with rosemary, broom and pine trees; the fauna is represented especially by numerous species of birds and, in particular, by cormorants, seagulls and peregrine falcons.
