The accommodation

Villa Saturnia is a delightful ground-floor apartment in a two-family villa, located at the foot of the Aurunci Mountains on the Spigno Saturnia hill.
Fully fenced, with a large automatic entrance gate and a spacious private outdoor space, the house is ideal for those who love to live in tranquility surrounded by nature, enjoying relaxing moments as a couple or with children who love the outdoors. The house is also particularly popular with trekking enthusiasts.
The friendly yet discreet hosts, who live upstairs, love to welcome guests and share this corner of paradise in their privacy with those who wish to appreciate the beauty of the Riviera di Ulisse.
The guest accommodation is approximately 60 square meters on a single level with a private entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house, with its high-quality finishes and furnishings, consists of a large living room with a single sofa bed, fireplace, and Smart TV, a dining area with table and chairs, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with every comfort, including a dishwasher and microwave. The hallway leads to the sleeping area, featuring a double bedroom with two high windows and a smaller bedroom with a single bed (please note that this bedroom has no window, but a transom window that opens onto the living room). The bathroom includes a toilet, bidet, large shower, and washing machine. Guests have access to a covered patio outside the house, complete with barbecue, and a table and chairs for al fresco dining while enjoying the magnificent views and the greenery that surrounds this property...a little paradise in the hills!
Parking is available on the property, along with a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, Smart TV, and air conditioning. Small pets are welcome. A car is required for local transportation.

Please remember:
- dispose of your waste correctly according to the schedule provided
- do not waste water and electricity
- do not switch on electrical appliances at the same time
- to respect the rest in the afternoon (14:30/16:30) and after midnight
- do not leave keys in the lock
- always close the main door
- close all windows when leaving
- your guests are allowed until midnight but are not allowed to sleep in the house
- clean the kitchenette and dishes at check out
- do not smoke inside the house
At the end of your stay we will check the situation of the house

Please note: the owners live on the upper floor of the villa.
A car is necessary to reach the beaches, the town centre and all main amenities.

Setting

The house occupies the ground floor of a semi-detached villa, which is accessed solely via a shared electronic gate.
The house and outdoor patio with barbecue area are for the exclusive use of guests.

Activities and attractions

The house is located in a beautiful and pleasant residential area, far from city traffic. We are at the centre of one of the most popular areas for trekking enthusiasts, the Monti Aurunci trail. The coastline, with the renowned beaches of Scauri and Formia, is between 6 and 8 km away by car.
