The accommodation
Welcome to Villa Marina I,
Beautiful villa of 54m2 downstairs and 48m2 upstairs. Accommodation for up to 8 people with spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 1 with twin beds and a sofa bed, 3 bathrooms (one with cold water), small gym and a laundry room. Private swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi which reaches a temperature between 24-28 degrees during the day and nice terrace with sunbeds, dining table and chairs. A perfect chill out area. The villa has a small parking area, and just a few metres away is the large shopping centre Mogán Mall with a variety of shops, restaurants and leisure activities.

At the end of March 2025, a new law came into force in the municipality of Mogán (where our apartments are located), called the ‘Tax Ordinance Regulating the Tourist Stay Tax’, approved by the Town Council and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Las Palmas. This means that we must charge guests a tax per night and per person. The amount is currently 15 pence per person per day, but it may fluctuate throughout the year, so the amount will be checked upon arrival and will be the one that applies.
Setting
The owner will come every 2-3 days to perform pool maintenance.
There are motion detectors that are locked and connect to the alarm when the house is unoccupied.

Just one kilometer away is the big shopping centre MOGAN MALL with restaurants, bars, stores and much more.
