The accommodation

At the end of March 2025, a new law came into force in the municipality of Mogán (where our apartments are located), called the ‘Tax Ordinance Regulating the Tourist Stay Tax’, approved by the Town Council and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Las Palmas. This means that we must charge guests a tax per night and per person. The amount is currently 15 pence per person per day, but it may fluctuate throughout the year, so the amount will be checked upon arrival and will be the one that applies.

Setting

Swimming Pool Area Rules
The pool access doors must remain closed at all times to prevent children from entering without
adult supervision.
Inflatables, jumping, running, and excessive shouting are not allowed in the pool.
Shower before entering the water.
The use of sharp objects, glasses, or glass bottles in the pool area is not allowed. Any damage
caused will result in drainage and cleaning expenses, for which you will be responsible.
Children wearing diapers must use special water diapers. Parents will be responsible for any
incident.
Reserving sunbeds is not allowed.
Keep the pool area clean and tidy. Take all rubbish with you when leaving.
Smoking is prohibited in the pool area. Ashtrays are available next to the rubbish bins outside the
pool area (on the walkway).
Familiarize yourself with the rules posted on the pool signs.
Additional Coexistence Rules
1. Guests who are not staying in the Monte Carrera Urbanization are not allowed to spend the day at
the pool.
2. Loudspeakers with music are not allowed on balconies.
3. Hanging clothes or towels on balcony railings is not allowed.
4. Noise is not allowed after 10:00 p.m.
