The accommodation

Flat of 28m2 + 10m2 terrace with fantastic views to the sea and Amadores beach.
Consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and large balcony with plenty of space for dining table and sun loungers.
Double bed in the bedroom, possibility of a third guest on the sofa.
Quiet and pleasant pool area and access to parking on site subject to availability.
The flat is situated on the mountainside above the incredibly beautiful beach of Amadores and the area belongs to Puerto Rico.
Walking distance to the shopping centre, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.

The terrace cushions are stored in the drawer of the armchair.

At the end of March 2025, a new law came into force in the municipality of Mogán (where our apartments are located), called the ‘Tax Ordinance Regulating the Tourist Stay Tax’, approved by the Town Council and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Las Palmas. This means that we must charge guests a tax per night and per person. The amount is currently 15 pence per person per day, but it may fluctuate throughout the year, so the amount will be checked upon arrival and will be the one that applies.
