The wood decor of the house is a delight to the eye, a rustic chalet with very refined design. The stairway to the upper areas are reminiscent of times past, but with a modern air.
Casa Grande is suitable for 6 people. There are three double rooms, two on the top floor and
one on the ground floor and two bathrooms for the comfort of the guests.
The 1000m landscaped garden at the rear of the property has many trees gives guests the privacy they need. The lawn next to the pool can be used as a solarium- ideal to enjoy beautiful sunsets on summer evening.
The porch lets you enjoy quiet dinners with poolside views, all in a natural environment far
away from everyday stresses.
There is parking space for three cars. The house also has a barbecue in the gardenideal for outdoor meals.
Five minutes from the amenities and services of Conil center, with all kind of facilities for
tourism: restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars ... etc. Nearby attractions include the beaches of

Conil is a picturesque seaside village, located on the Costa de la Luz, in the Cadiz province
of Spain in Andalusia. It is a typical Spanish fishing village, with white walls and streets - a
true 'Pueblo Blanco'.
The airport of Jerez is usually the starting point that leads you to the Costa de la Luz and its surroundings. Although the Malaga and Seville airports are also well connected to
Conil. Only Brittish citizens could also fly to Gibraltar (GIB) which might be more comfortable. There are no other airlines apart from the Brittish ones to fly into Gibraltar.
Conil de la Frontera is a typical Andalusian village, where the Arab influence has left its mark in its narrow streets, low houses by white walls, patios and small squares.
Popular activities include sailing, fishing, horseriding, cycling and trekking. El Palmar beach is a great surf spot, especially during the autumn and spring months. Conil is a great place for sports because of its location between the woodlands and the coast.
They also come for the friendly and relaxed atmosphere, superb cuisine, and of course, water sports Conil has some excellent beaches - with awesome waves.
There are around 18,000 people living in Conil de la Frontera, and although the village is relatively small it boasts an impressive 362 bars, restaurants and cafes, along with a stunning 16 kilometre stretch of coastline.
Conil is well known for its seafood, but that´s not all there is...make sure you try their homegrown vegetable dishes. A popular one is rice with tender thistles, cabbages, artichokes, and thistles.
Over the years, Conil has evolved. It´s not just local cuisine anymore. Nowadays, all
types of international cuisine can be found here, although fish is probably still the most popular.
Conil receives over 3200 hours of sunshine a year. The intense blue skies and bright white sands
can be dazzling, especially in winter with the low sun, so don't forget your sunglasses!
We have over 14 kilometres of natural beach in Conil de la Frontera. The beaches all have fine
white sands, unlike the ones on the Costa del Sol, where the sand tends to be darker and heavier.
The coastline has all types of beach; everything from long open sandy stretches, to small isolated
coves. The clean blue waters are perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The beach closest to the
town itself is called Playa de los Bateles. Others not to be missed include: Playa de la Fontanilla,
Playa Fuente del Gallo and Playa de Roche.

I stayed in the house with my family (two adults and two kids 13 and 16 years) for almost two weeks. The house has much space inside and also surrounding and it was also clean. We had some problems with the wireless internet. It did not work proper. I hope it is fixed until next guests are coming. The pool is big and was perfect for the family. If you want to cook for yourself, you have not so much cutlery and no basic material like spice, salt, oil or sugar for food preparation. Stores are five minutes away by car. The big beach in conil is wonderful, but you need a car for going there. Conil is beautiful nice small town. The house is also for the high season quite expensive, especially if you can not share the lease. The house owner Manuel is very kind and friendly man and helps you if you need.
We are a a family of 2 adults and 4 children and really enjoyed the house and the location. The gardens are really big, have a large pool and plenty of shade if needed. There are some good restaurants close to the house and the local beach is also nice.
