Located in the exclusive and peaceful area of Almadraba (Roses), just 200 metres from the beach, it is the ideal accommodation for couples, small families or friends looking to enjoy the Costa Brava with every comfort.

Accommodating 1 to 4 guests, the apartment offers a bright, comfortable and functional layout, including:

* Living-dining room with a sofa bed, satellite TV (Spanish and French channels) and air conditioning.

* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and everything you need for a carefree stay.

* Bedroom with a 150 cm double bed andair conditioning.

* Full bathroom with shower.

* Large furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors. It also features a convenient barbecue area.* Shared communal parking with the other residents of the building. Please note that the apartment does not have a private or reserved parking space.

The price does not include sheets or towels. The service can be requested for an additional cost of €15/person.

To the indicated price it is necessary to add the tourist tax of 2€ per person over 17 years old. The tax is per person per day (with a maximum of 7 days).
