Your Private Terrace & Garden: The cottage boasts a fully fenced private terrace directly attached to the house—perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing. Additionally, you have a lovely private garden located just across the path.

Fully Equipped for Comfort: While retaining its historic and authentic charm, the cottage is generously equipped with all the modern amenities required for a carefree and relaxing holiday.

Garden of Eden: In addition to your private terrace and garden, you enjoy full access to our vibrant, shared Garden of Eden with the heated pool, spa, and all sports facilities.

Our holiday homes are idyllically situated in a wonderfully green valley, right next to a gently babbling river.
It is the perfect place to completely unwind and connect with nature. However, you are never far from convenience: just 5 minutes away, you will find a charming village center equipped with all necessary amenities (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, and various restaurants).

Welcome to our Country Cottages!
Are you looking for a wonderful place to unwind, surrounded by nature and comfort? Our holiday homes offer the perfect getaway for couples, families, and larger groups alike. In total, we have 3 cottages available, which can be rented individually or together. This allows us to accommodate groups of up to 17 people (+ baby cots).

Each cottage features its own private garden or terrace, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. We live on-site in our own private section (with no overlooking views into your cottage or private gardens), meaning we are always nearby to personally welcome you and help with any questions or local recommendations!

🌿 The Garden of Eden & Facilities
In addition to your private terrace, you will have access to our beautiful shared garden, a true 'Garden of Eden' featuring:

A heated swimming pool with a sun terrace and a relaxing outdoor spa (hot tub).

A large play area equipped for football, badminton, table tennis, pétanque, garden swings, a slide, and a trampoline.

A charming, babbling little river running right alongside the property all year round—a fantastic place for children to play and for dogs to cool off.

Practical Information & House Rules
To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, we maintain a few flexible yet clear guidelines:

🕒 Arrival and Departure
Check-in: From 4:00 PM onwards.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.

Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability. We are always happy to be flexible whenever our booking schedule allows!

Key Handover: We love to greet our guests in person. However, if you happen to check in late, we will happily arrange to leave the key out for you.

Utilities (water and electricity consumption).

Bed linen & kitchen linen.

Cleaning supplies.

Final cleaning of the accommodation.

Optional: Bath towels are not standardly included but can be rented from us separately.

🐾 Pets (Dogs)
Dogs are very welcome! Two of our cottages feature a fully fenced private garden or terrace, perfect for your four-legged friends.

Due to the delicacy of the pool liner, pets are not allowed in or around the swimming pool and outdoor spa area. They are, of course, more than welcome to splash around and play in the river next to the property.

Supervision: Children are strictly not allowed to use the swimming pool or the outdoor spa without direct parental supervision. Safety is our top priority.
