Master Bedroom: A spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes featuring a 1.80x2m bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, double sink and WC.
Second Bedroom: Another generous double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a 1.60x2m bed and access to an external bathroom equipped with a shower and WC.
Living and Dining Area: The open-plan dining and living space includes a 65-inch Smart TV (streaming services only, you need to put in your details, no regional or international channels), perfect for relaxing evenings.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Modern amenities include a microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. The kitchen and lounge provide access to the morning terrace, offering partial seaviews.
Rooftop Terrace: From the morning terrace, climb the stairs to the rooftop terrace for spectacular views of the sea and surrounding cliffs.

Downstairs Terrace & Pool: The 10x5m pool is fenced for child safety. Relax in the outdoor seating area or dine al fresco. Two sun loungers are provided for sunbathing.
Children's Playground/Gym: A large playground includes a trampoline, swings, horizontal bars, ladders, a basketball hoop, football goals, bars, and a hammock.

For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered a tourist accommodation - Tourist contract.
