The entire villa has aircon conditioning in every room.

Enter the villa via a little bridge, setting the tone for a delightful stay.



First Floor:



Master Bedroom: A spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes featuring a 1.80x2m bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, double sink and WC.
Second Bedroom: Another generous double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a 1.60x2m bed and access to an external bathroom equipped with a shower and WC.
Living and Dining Area: The open-plan dining and living space includes a 65-inch Smart TV (streaming services only, you need to put in your details, no regional or international channels), perfect for relaxing evenings.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Modern amenities include a microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. The kitchen and lounge provide access to the morning terrace, offering partial seaviews.
Rooftop Terrace: From the morning terrace, climb the stairs to the rooftop terrace for spectacular views of the sea and surrounding cliffs.


Lower Floor:



Additional Living Space: A children's play area and another living room with a 55-inch Smart TV (streaming services only, you need to put in your details, no regional or international channels).
Two More Bedrooms: Both have fitted wardrobes and feature 1.60x2m beds, with one room also offering a baby bed (0.8x1.30m).
Full Bathroom: Includes a shower, bathtub, and WC.
Laundry Room: Equipped with an extra fridge, washing machine, and dryer, with direct access to the downstairs terrace and pool area.


Outdoor Features:



Downstairs Terrace & Pool: The 10x5m pool is fenced for child safety. Relax in the outdoor seating area or dine al fresco. Two sun loungers are provided for sunbathing.
Children's Playground/Gym: A large playground includes a trampoline, swings, horizontal bars, ladders, a basketball hoop, football goals, bars, and a hammock.


Nearby Attractions:



Convenient Location: Close to Los Pinos Tennis and Paddle courts, Famous Granadella Beach, and Cabo de la Nau viewpoint/lighthouse.
Grocery Shopping: The “Wimark” German supermarket is nearby, open every day except Sunday from 9:00 to 21:00.
Beaches and Restaurants: Famous beaches like Arenal, Granadella, and Barraca, along with numerous tourist areas and restaurants, are just a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute bicycle ride away.

Parking: Two private parking spaces with e-vehicle chargers are available free of charge. Additional free parking is available on the street.
Family-Friendly: Families with children are warmly welcomed.
No Pets or Smoking: Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed inside the house.
Security: The property is equipped with Securitas Direct security systems, which can be easily deactivated if not needed.

Las toallas de playa deben lavarse al final de la estancia.
La barbacoa debe limpiarse.
Beach towels have to be washed at the end of the stay.
BBQ has to be cleaned.
We only accept families, no groups, party people or same sex groups. No stag or hen night.
This home is designed for families and quiet stays. We do not host party groups or groups of young adults under the age of 30. Family groups are welcome. Please message us before booking if you have any questions.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.

For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered a tourist accommodation - Tourist contract.
For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed (after the booking).
