Check-in procedure:

-Present a valid ID/passport for all guests.
-Security deposit by card: €150. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
-Payment for any additional services requested.

House rules:

-Smoking and parties are not allowed.
-Please respect the maximum number of guests stated in the reservation.
-Upon departure, please return the keys, dispose of rubbish and leave all used dishes clean.
-Pets: up to 5 kg and only with prior authorization.
