This holiday home is located on the first floor of a renovated building and consists of a very bright one-bedroom apartment. Guests enter into the living kitchen, an open space with a French sofa bed, dining table with chairs, kitchenette with two-burner induction hob, sink and TV. The spacious bedroom features a workstation with table and chairs, a built-in wardrobe and a small terrace. The two windows, one of which opens onto the terrace, offer a view of the side façade of the minor basilica. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower. Both rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. Just a few steps from Piazza Salandra, famous for the Guglia dell’Immacolata, La Dépendance della Cattedrale offers easy access to the best restaurants and trattorias where guests can enjoy the finest local cuisine. It is the ideal solution for those who prefer to stay in a quiet area and reach the sea by car or bicycle, or for those wishing to explore the inland area and discover historic towns and ancient rural masserie. The residence is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL), so it is not possible to access it by car. Guests must leave their car outside the area and continue on foot.
