The accommodation

La Perla Blanca is a charming Mediterranean villa for up to 6 guests, located in a peaceful residential area of Benissa on the Costa Blanca. The property offers privacy, spacious terraces, a private swimming pool and beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle throughout the year.

Both bathrooms will be completely renovated in October 2026 with modern, high-quality finishes. The villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room with a large television, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, and a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Towels and bed linen are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Regular pool maintenance and cleaning are also included throughout the stay. Private parking is available within the property.

The villa is ideally located between Benissa, Moraira and Calpe, one of the most desirable areas of the Costa Blanca. Beautiful beaches, coves, restaurants, supermarkets and all essential services can be reached within a few minutes.

The region enjoys a mild climate all year round, making it an ideal destination for extended winter stays. Alicante International Airport is approximately one hour away by car.
