The accommodation

Casa Poetta is a dream! 500m from the sea, beautiful apartment on the first floor of an independent villa with garden. The house is finely renovated and offers two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and shower with garden view, a 5meter-fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a wonderful sea view. There is also a large terrace with view on the horizon, an internal fireplace, a convenient private access (with wooden staircase), and free parking in the garden of the villa. The apartment has heating and air conditioning (with heat pumps), WiFi, TV with FireTV, equipment for the beach (sun umbrella, chairs, towels and cooling bag), a fireplace, and is powered by photovoltaic panels for electricity production.

Setting

The villa is 500m walk from the white sand beach, a few minutes by car from several markets and a large shopping center, 10 minutes by car from Cagliari. You will see the sea already lying down in the bedroom, the couch and you will fall in love with the view, with a special light, from sunrise to sunset.

Activities and attractions

Poetto beach reachable on foot in 5 min has different options for scuba, surf, kite, sailing classes. Also along the beaches of the coast to Villasimius (40 min by car). Amazing beaches of crystal water and sand are within 30 min by car (Kala e Moru, Mari Pintau, Torre delle Stelle). Cagliari and Quartu are 10 min away with endless options for traditional restaurants as well as international cuisines.
