Availability and Length of Stay

The property is primarily offered for seasonal stays with a minimum booking period of 14 nights.
As the villa has only recently undergone a complete refurbishment and upgrading programme, it will exceptionally be available during the current summer season for shorter stays, subject to availability and prior approval.

In order to ensure the property is suitable for prospective guests and to maintain the high standards of the villa, a brief pre-booking interview is conducted with all interested parties before any reservation is confirmed.
