Check-out: before 11:00.

Check-in procedure:

-Present a valid ID/passport for all guests.
-Security deposit by card: €150. Refunded within 7 days after check-out.
-Payment of additional services, if requested.

House rules:

-Smoking and parties are not permitted.
-Please respect the maximum number of guests indicated in the reservation.
-Upon departure, please return the keys, dispose of rubbish and leave used dishes clean.

The apartments are located close to the Arenal beach and the promenade, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and 2km away there is a children's fair with attractions. You can visit, at a distance of less than a kilometer: the municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, the urban sports complex.
