Setting

It’s 200 metres from the beach and the Mediterranean promenade, yet right in the heart of the town centre on the main avenue where you’ll find the Town Hall, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, etc., surrounded by all the amenities you need, allowing you to enjoy Altea without needing a car. Everything you need and the best of the local area is within walking distance.

If you take a slightly longer stroll, you can visit the iconic Old Town with its famous cobbled streets, the Blue Dome of the Mediterranean, viewpoints, restaurants, a bohemian atmosphere and the nightly craft market…

There are several public car parks near the studio, some of which are free and open-air, whilst others are underground and charge a fee. The streets surrounding the studio are part of the ‘blue zone’ paid parking area.

Activities and attractions

You can go paddleboarding, kayaking and enjoy any other water sports nearby. There are also easy hiking trails close by, such as the ‘Al Faro del Albir’ route, or those in the Sierra Bérnia.
A 15-minute drive away you’ll find Aqualandia, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura and Aqua Natura. And there are plenty of towns well worth visiting, such as Calpe, Moraira, Benidorm, Dénia and Guadalest...
