The apartment is located in a highly regarded residential community in Marbella, known for its tranquility and pleasant atmosphere. For this reason, loud noises, music, and parties are not allowed inside the property.

When entering or leaving the apartment, please keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors. Additionally, garbage must not be left at the apartment door. Please dispose of it in the containers located on the street next to the building.

Palo Alto is a very exclusive and peaceful residential community. For this reason, groups of friends whose intention is to organise parties or cause disturbance to neighbours are not permitted. If we detect that a reservation may not comply with these rules, we reserve the right to cancel it.

For guests under 30 years old, a security deposit of €500 will be required and must be paid before arrival. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure, provided that the property is left in the same condition as upon arrival.
