The accommodation

Modern holiday villa, recently new built in 2017, with private pool in Denia, on the Spanish Costa Blanca, not far from the harbour and the beach Marineta Cassiana.
The holiday property "Tortuga verde" consists of 3 floors: on the middle floor you can find the living area, kitchen and one bedroom with adjoining bathtoom, as well as guest toilet. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a complete bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom with shower, toilet and a utility room. The property was completed in January 2018 and all furniture and fittings are new. The spacious, open living area with large open kitchen and direct access to the covered terrace with large dining area, are ideal for relaxing holidays with family and friends. The outdoor area offers a new swimming pool and a portable barbecue, as well as a plot of different levels with Mediterranean plants.
The harbour La Marina de Denia, as well as the close sandy beach Marineta Cassiana can be reached in 5 minutes by car, the center of Denia in 10 minutes by car.

Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 650,00 is required.
