The Mediterraneo Playa apartment is located on the beautiful sandy beach of Las Marinas Els Molins, at km 6 Las Marinas road and close to Noguera Hotel and Restaurant. This holiday apartment offers a lot of comfort, the comunity area is with a beautiful lawned garden, paddle court and community pool. The center of Denia can be reached by bus in about 20 minutes, the bus stop is on the road to Marinas. A large supermarket and a pharmacy can be reached within 5 minutes by car.
The apartment is located on the second floor and consists of 2 floors connected by a staircase. On the ground floor, the living room with sofa bed, closed kitchen, guest toilet and a large terrace overlooking the sea, the mountains and upstairs there is 1 bedroom with a double bed with its small terrace with sea view, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a complete bathroom.
