The newly built terraced house on 2 floors is located at the entrance to El Vergel, in the immediate vicinity of various shops, a supermarket and only 5 minutes by car from the sandy beach of Deveses or the Almadrava beach.

The 2-storey semi-detached house has been tastefully furnished and offers a nice ambience. A private terrace, partially covered, offers an outdoor dining area, a cozy sofa corner and a private pool. On the lower floor is the living area with modern kitchen and guest toilet and on the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house offers central air conditioning and free Wifi on both floors.
