The main villa features three bedrooms — the master with a lit walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, the other two with built-in wardrobes and private bathrooms — for a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms across the entire estate. Each annex is a small world of its own, self-contained and fully equipped, with independent entrance, living area, kitchenette, bedroom and private bathroom: the perfect solution for those who wish to share common moments without ever giving up their own privacy. For leisure time, the billiards room with fireplace in the main villa and the table football and outdoor play area complete the offering, making the property suitable for families with children as well as groups of friends. The covered carport and private parking spaces ensure comfort and security for all guests, while the video surveillance system provides peace of mind throughout the stay.
