Distributed in 3 comfortable double bedrooms (1 with a double bed), 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen with a table and chairs. Also a living-dinning room with a sofa-bed (capacity for sleeping up to 2 people) and also an access to a wide terrace. The house has a private garden, car parking for two cars and a garage.

It has optional air conditioning with heat pump (extra charge 20 € / week).
It also has the services located within the tourist PAyet Vacances apartments: Big communal swimming pool with garden, snack bar and pizzeria with terrace.

Estartit has a long beach of fine sand almost six kilometers with a very shallow coastline suitable for families and is considered one of the best beaches in the Costa Brava as well as its coves. The underwater nature reserve of the Medes Islands has a unique seabed and is appreciated all over the world for scuba diving. Together the “Baix Ter” and the Montgri´s scenic flora and fauna and historic castle make Estartit a place of great beauty to enjoy a vacation. Located in L' Empordà at a very short distance from villages of great beauty and history such as the Ruins of Mpurias, the Iberian village of Ullastret, Peratallada, Pals, Begur, L'Escala, the Dali Museum in Figueres just forty-five minutes by car and only 140 kilometers from Barcelona.
