A beautiful villa just 2 km from the long beaches of Coma-Ruga. It is an especially well designed and decorated house with all kinds of comfort you could need for a successful holiday. It is located in a quiet development and we enter the property through a closed gate. On the ground floor there is the huge living room with large windows overlooking the garden. Cosy sofas, satellite TV, DVD, HiFi and an open fireplace make this room the centre of activity in the house. Right next to it is the dining area with a large table and a small office area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped (including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker). There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower on the same floor, which makes it perfect for guests who have difficulty in walking. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms each with a double and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms have private terraces with a beautiful view of the sea, and the master bedroom is especially big and has an open fireplace. On the second floor there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed. The big garden is well maintained and there is a porch with garden furniture, a parasol, and a constructed barbeque – perfect for dining under the stars. The swimming pool is 9 x 4 m and surrounded by a large lawn. There is enough space to park on the street in front of the villa. This villa has a swimming pool. 2 km from the beach!

The villa is located in a quiet development 500 m from commercial areas and 2 km from the center of Coma-Ruga with its marina and its 7 km of long sandy beaches. Those beaches hold the Blue Flag which is a guarantee for water quality since 1987. In Coma-Ruga we find all kinds of shops, restaurants, street cafés and leisure offers. There is also a spa balneario . The area is also famous for its wines and cavas and there are lots of bodegas you can visit and taste their wines (more information in the villa). See also bodegas. In a distance of only 12 km there is the waterpark Aqualeon (aqualeon) and the famous leisure park Port Aventura in Salou is only 40 km away portaventura For all kinds of sports activities you will find golf (golf) / and any kind of water sports on the beach. Barcelona is just 65 km away and you can leave the car at home and go by train (takes about 1 hour) – Tarragona is just 35 km and there is a train also (renfe ).
