Lovely penthouse with 2 big terraces to enjoy the good weather. Completely equiped. Includes parking.
The house is on 2nd floor, newly built, is very well decorated and equipped, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, large terrace, a second inner terrace with shower for after swimming from the beach, elevator exit plant the garage and the apartment is in a very nice semi-pedestrian street with no noise, no car needed at all because to go out and buy, fun, food, beach, etc.. everything is at hand
Setting
Located in the Center of Rota, just 1 minute walking from one of the best beaches of Cádiz (La Costilla). Also near the main commercial street, and an area plenty of typical restaurants, pizza places, etc.
* 5 minuted walking from the Marina.
* 20 minutes by car from the airport of Jerez
* 1 hour and 15 minutes by car from the airport of Seville.
Activities and attractions
To enjoy the beach and the beautiful village. Also it is posible to visit the city of Cadiz by boat (only 30 minutes, many departures every day). You can only visit the close towns of Sanluca, Jerez, El Puerto de Santa María....

Great place to stay
We spent two weeks in Javiers cozy apartment this spring and it has been all we wished for. Great place, clean, equipped with all you can ask for, right in the middle of the old town but still quite and a very friendly owner who always had an ear for our wishes and questions. We will definitely be back!!
