Beach apartment, fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, storage and parking.

It has two terraces, one facing the sea. Equipped with TV, kitchen, washing machine, oven, microwawe-oven and refrigerator. One double bed and three single ones.

Direct access from the building to the beach.

Setting

100 mts to Medical Centre. Good access from main roads. Shops and all kind of establishments in the vicinity.
Las Palmeras is situated 8 kms from the AP-7 motorway, between the sea and the Parc Natural de L'Albufera, with its lake and the Dehesa del Saler, where you can find countless species of migratory birds such as ducks, herons, flamingos, etc; as well as boating.

Activities and attractions

About 20 kms from the Oeanographic (with a Dolphin show), Science Museum, and Hemisferic (Cinema IMAX).
25 kms from the historical center of Valencia, it has excellent access to the Valencia Street Circuit (Grand Prix of Europe Formula 1).
10 kms from “Aquapolis” Water Park in Cullera.
At 500 mts from “Barraca” club, and a wide gastronomic offer around.

Comfortable equipped apartment

A comfortable equipped apartment, really 0,5 minute by foot to the beach, just in swimsuits. A terrace is great, you can have dinner viewing the sea... No problem with parking, there is own parking place for the apartment. Quiet place, you can hear only the sea, ideally for family with children. Communication with the owner is perfect. A beach is ideal for children. We can only recommend this apartment and will surely try to rent it next year.
