The accommodation

The photos correspond closely to the state of apartament.El apartment is all exterior and light in every room, floor 2 corresponds to a real (ie: no mezzanine or similar), and without lift.There is a closet from floor to ceiling in each bedroom , terrazzo floor throughout the apartment except bathroom, kitchen and bathroom, where there are stoneware, two sofas in the dining room and terrace furniture for living in it (large table and chairs, all white plastic exterior) .

Setting

The apartment is in the community "Cel Blau Apartments", is made of 3 buildings of 3 floors each and two apartments per floor (18 residents in total), This is in a gated estate (-ideal for children to leave their air- ) with common area equipped with swimming pool for adults, children pool, swing, slide, ping pong room, barbecue, small garden area with wooden benches, and parking area (-including a single seat during the stay, for tourism- .)

Cel Blau enclosure has two entrances, both car and pedestrian: on the beach avenue, 14, and the Paseo Garbí. Access from the outside are the Castelldefels highway, 70 meters from the entrance, and the C32 motorway, 250 meters apart are the stop train, 750 meters and several bus lines that are very close to Barcelona city . The beach is two minutes walk real.
