The accommodation

Apartment with regional tourist license no. VUT-LU-000010. Located between the two beaches of Foz: “A Rapadoira” (30 years Blue Flag) and also close to Llás beach (Blue Flag), more open to the sea.

It has 133 m² with 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and an open-plan kitchen in the living-dining room. Two full bathrooms (one on each floor), one of them with a hydromassage shower. All rooms, except the bathrooms, have sea views. Suitable for a large family or two independent families.

Lift available. The property, appliances, and furniture are simple and not modern, but practical and in good condition, use, and working order. Very close to the main beach, quiet and without night noise (ground floor without leisure venues).

Parties or events that disturb the normal rest of the residents of the Community of Owners are not allowed. Community rules must be strictly observed, and respectful behavior toward all residents is required. Pets or animals of any kind are not allowed.

Direct contact with the owner (no intermediaries). Interested parties must provide a contact phone number in the first email sent. As there is no heating, renting is not recommended during the winter months. The prices shown may vary, mainly depending on adjustments to future or already agreed rentals.

Piso enorme

Piso como se ve en las fotos. Muy grande y muy bien situado. Todo es un poco antiguo pero esta bien y funciona, camas cómodas. Apto para dos familias. Las dos playas están cerquita y se aparca bien en la zona. Solo hemos echado en falta una cafetera más pequeña o una eléctrica
