The accommodation
Apartment (133 m2) in the center of the city and in 1st line of beach of San Lorenzo, in front of La Escalerona (emblematic access to the beach and one of the symbols of Gijón). It is exterior and interior. It is a 7th floor with two elevators, the building having 12 floors and 3 neighbors per floor.
It is fully furnished and is distributed in:
- When accessing the apartment, there is a "hall" followed by a "hallway", from both you can access the "living room" and the "dining room", being separated by a large sliding door, with access to a "closed balcony" from the dinning room.
- Next, there is a "bedroom with a double bed of 54 inches", which has access to another "closed balcony", which has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables. And in front of this, there is a "bedroom with two individual beds of 42 inches", which has a wardrobe and a bedside table. Attached to this last room and with a door from the hallway there is a "small clothier".
- Moving along the hallway and after the clothier, there is another door that leads to a "small storage room" (this door will remain closed). Next, there is one of the "bathrooms", the large one, which includes a toilet, sink, bathtub and shower, as well as a bidet. The second of the bathrooms is at the end of the hallway, which includes a toilet, sink, and shower tray with a crystal screen. Both bathrooms have wardrobes and are equipped with a hair dryer.
- After the large bathroom, there is the third "room with a single bed of 42 inches", which has a wardrobe and a bedside table. Finally, between this room and the second bathroom is the "kitchen", very spacious and equipped (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, combi fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, multifunction toaster, citrus juicer, kettle water, blender, ..., kitchenware).
Finally, note that the apartment has central services and service symmetric Fiber 300Mb (maximum speed only achievable by direct cable connection to a computer) -the type of connection and the speed of the Internet may be modified without notice-.
Other noteworthy aspects:
We could have a travel cot and high chair, but, if needed, it is IMPORTANT to say so at the time of booking, if it is said later it may not be available.
Setting
It´s located on Calle Jovellanos, number 2, in the area known as the "Naútico". It is located in the city center and next to the tourism and cultural references more important to Gijón. In addition, there are several nearby parking and public transportation and taxi stand at 50 meters. On his forehead, overlooking the sea front, while the other side is in the main commercial hub of the city.
Just five minutes away is the marina, which connects to the second great beach of Gijon: "la de Poniente". Also, nearby it is located the Plaza Mayor and City Hall, the old fishing district of Cimadevilla, the Roman Baths, the Palace of Revillagigedo and some of the most emblematic of the town museums.
The main shopping areas of the city are also located in this area, from which you can get in few minutes to the bus station. Expansion and leisure facilities, restaurants and typical cider make an outstanding setting.

Muy cómodo, como en casa.
Muy bien ubicado y todo muy limpio. Javier es muy atento desde el primer contacto. El piso es muy amplio y cómodo, está fenomenal, tal y como se ve en las fotos, y con todo tipo de detalles. Estuvimos muy a gusto, nos sentimos en casa desde el primer momento. Escogimos este piso porque nos lo habían recomendado unos amigos que ya habían estado en él y desde luego nosotros estamos encantados con nuestra estancia allí. La zona está muy bien, con la playa enfrente, y hay de todo: tiendas, supermercados, etc. Yo lo recomiendo y repetiremos porque hemos pasado unos días estupendos.
