■ To book, you must pay in advance 30% of the total price of the stay by bank transfer (this amount may never be lower than the price set at the rate for the corresponding period a night). The rest of the money will be given in cash at the time of entry to the apartment or by bank transfer received before the entry.
■ Also, when entering must give 20% of the total price of the stay in the accommodation (minimum 150 €) as a security deposit, which will be returned the next day by bank transfer, after inspection of the apartment, deducting the value of any damage or impairments if any.

Important: The reservations for the months of July and August are only for natural fortnight (1-15, 16-31) or full month.

● Special discounts for long stays in winter season.
● The deposit for rentals of more than one month duration is one month's rent.

Check-out time: before 12:00 h (*)
(*) There may be some flexibility in the schedules, but keep in mind that, although we like to adapt to the needs of our guests, such flexibility is not always possible.
(*) If it is important or necessary to be able to check-in before 17:00 or check-out after 12:00, please check before making the reservation.

► No parties or events are allowed, and, in particular, no stag/hen parties are allowed.

► In general, it is only required to comply with the basic norms of coexistence, to be responsible and not to disturb the neighbors with loud music, noises, etc.

It is prohibited in any case:

a) To introduce furniture in the accommodation or to carry out works or repairs in the same, without written authorization of the holder of the house.
b) To accommodate a greater number of people than those corresponding to the maximum capacity set for housing.
c) To carry out the activity of lodging in the house or to destine it for purposes other than those for which it was contracted.
d) Introducing explosive or inflammable substances or substances or other substances that may cause damage or discomfort to other occupants of the building.
e) To carry out any activity that contradicts the habitual coexistence, hygiene and public order practices, or that prevents the normal rest of other users of the property.
f) To introduce animals against the prohibition of the holder of the house, except that they are dogs of assistance for people with disabilities.
g) Introduce apparatus or mechanisms that significantly alter the average consumption of water and energy.

Failure to comply with these rules will entitle the property to proceed with the expulsion of the violators.
