This is a new apartment. It has got two double bedrooms, separate living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace with sea views and pool. Also it has communal gardens.

The apartment is located 200 meters from the famous beach of The Torrecilla and just 10 minutes walk from the famous "Balcony of Europe". It also has less than 5 minutes to dining, nightlife and supermarkets. Málaga airport is 30 minutes.
