Superb villa with heated pool, wifi, 1km to beach

Dear users and possible guests, I would like to make an advise concerning to the opinion above. I will try to explain the whole stay of this person from the beginning to the end, in order to clarify every single question mentioned and not mentioned in this opinion. Our position in every moment was to give the best service, but we received a completely irrespectful treatment. In any case, we worked very hard to give this guest the best service, even knowing his petitions were near to be impossible to solve. 2 days after the arrival, we gave him the possibility to leave the Villa returning back the money of the rest of the stay, but he refused and he preferred to finish the whole stay. First of all, we want to point out, that everything on the website is true, we have had many guests, several opinions in Rentalia and other websites, and everybody gives us 5 stars. Of course, I am always talking about the same house and owner, but a different guest. I hope I will be able to explain everything correctly, in any case, I invite every person interested to ask any question about the Villa because I am sure we give a high quality service. Secondly, we also want to say that we needed to explain in many occasions, that we can't give certain services as in a hotel, i.e.. In our arrival instructions, it is mentioned to make a telephone call or an advise approximately one our before the check-in, in order to have everything prepared and to give time to the person in charge of the check in to be in the place. If there is no possibility of this advise, guests usually notify their arrival before departure. This guest said his arrival would be at 11 in the morning and he arrived at 14:00, without an advise or an apologize for our personal. It was proved that there was no serious issues with flights or similar, it was only his decision. Concerning to the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi works ok, we have good opinions about it. The matter was that they intended to use it at 40 C, when the standard temperature in a jacuzzi is some 30 C. It is impossible to provide of 400 liters of hot water everyday to fill up the jacuzzi, nobody in Fuerteventura has this possibility. Furthermore, Fuerteventura is an island with water and energy necessities, so we prefer to give this service by the use of renewable energies. For the Jacuzzi, we have a 200 liters deposit heated with solar energy, like the pool, and it works ok, but it is necessary to have sun, something that this guest did not have during the whole stay. In any case, we have a deposit of hot water heated with an electric resistance, but it is necessary to combine hot and cold water for the jacuzzi, and this person did not want to do this. As the irrespectfull treatment was growing up, I offered a free stay in the spa near for him and his wife, I told him to send me the ticket and he tried to lie to me sending a different ticket. I don´t want to accuse this person, I am only describing an attitude. Another data non mentioned for our guest. When he asked for beach towels, we explained him that they were not included, neither referred in our web page. Nevertheless, we bought some and we gave them to him. After that, we include beach towels in the renting of our Villa. Regarding the heated pool. It is clearly notified in the web page, that the pool is heated by solar energy, there is not any mistake or disappoint The problem was that our guests tried to have a bath at 22:00, during the winter, after an extremely cloudy day, so I think its proved that it was not a problem of the hot tube. Furthermore, I was informed that during the 5 days stay, every single day was cloudy. For more information about our heated pool please take a look at Santiago´s opinion, who visited us between 25 and 31 of December. The problem with ants and cockroaches. I want to make a serious advise because health is more than important for us. The guests found a few ants and 3 cockroaches in the garden, near a tree. One of our strong points is our cleaning service, which is recognized for them, that is why we cannot admit this opinion. Fuerteventura is an island where this insects are native, but our cleaning service maintain our Villa completely empty of them. As everybody can understand, if there are few of them in a tree, which is their natural habitat, the the only thing we can do is to go and solve the problem as we did, but we cannot control the whole 500 m2 garden with sprays or similar when most of our guests bring children and babies, so we must be very careful with chemical products.
