Cozy house located in a very quiet area. Far from tourist zones, with virgin beaches around.
The house is located 10 minutes on foot from the beach and has all basic services (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy...) nearby.

Son Serra de Marina is a small town in the north of Mallorca, 65 km away from the capital, Palma.
It is a very quiet area 5 km away from Can Picafort, touristic zone, 17 km from Arta and 21 from Alcudia, nice town with Roman monuments and medieval and Renaissance wall.
Son Serra is surrounded by two streams full of flora and fauna, ideal for short breaks.
The town has sandy, virgin beaches, away from mass tourism and from hotels.
Activities and attractions
Son Serra is ideal for water sports, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, bodyboarding, fishing, golf, horse riding. You can do also relaxing walks in wooded areas (one of them inlcudes a prehistorical archaeological site) near small and very quiet beaches.

I can highly recommend the place to anybody. Very suitable for families with children. Comfortable house, very well equipped, in good condition. Surroundings very quiet, very close to the beach and near some larger towns, like Can Picador and Alcudia. Would happily stay there again in the future.
