Piso antiguo en buena ubicación

El piso se encuentra frente a la playa y a diez minutos del centro a pie. La ubicación es muy buena.Dispone de aparcamiento comunitario sin plaza asignada por lo que en 12 días de agosto no conseguimos aparcar en ningún momento hay aparcamiento gratuito en el cementerio, a 3 minutos andando. Dispone de una entrada por detrás que permite descargar equipaje y compra con facilidad. La decoración responde a las fotos, mobiliario antiguo y salón poco acogedor. Los plomos saltan si se encienden dos quemadores de la vitro. El resto funciona bien. Con reforma sencilla ganaría notablemente
