The accommodation
Large villa situated on a 550 m2 plot. The house has 200 m2 and consists of a kitchen, dining room, large living room, all of which form a single living room. It has a main room of 25 m2 with a dressing room and a full bathroom with a round bathtub and shower, a room with two beds, opposite a full bathroom and another room with a double bed and a bathroom. Terrace of 80 m2 with three rooms all covered with a pergola, private pool. The house is located in a quiet residential area a few meters from the beach, supermarkets, bars, bus stop and taxis.
There is a pleasant walk along the coast that connects four beaches.
The house is ideal for spending a quiet holiday with family, couples, or friends. It is located in the middle of the island so everything is close.
It is 1 km from the golf course, 500 m from the aquapark, 10 km from the airport. Golf course, aquapark, bicycle rental, diving courses, water sports, hiking...etc.

Bellísima y acogedora casa
Unos días magnificos disfrutando de una casa muy cómoda y bella, bien amueblada y con todos los detalles para hacer la estancia inmejorable. Una terraza que a cada hora del día encuentras un lugar ideal donde sentarte a leer, charlar , contemplar el jardín o dormir una siesta. todas las habitaciones son muy grandes y bien amuebladas, cómodas camas con sábanas de algodón, toallas amplias y de calidad, todo lo necesario en el ajuar de la casa Maderas muy bien trabajadas y cuidadas en muebles y suelos, la casa guarda una gran armonía entre la madera, cueros y tejidos de algodón La piscina y sus tumbonas es un lugar ideal para refrescarte o darte el primer chapuzón antes del desayuno, está muy cuidada y bien orientada La situación en Teguise es muy buena, no tiene ruidos y en 5 minutos estás en la playa o en la zona comercial Creo que volveré!😊 Muchas gracias Ana, por tan buena acogida
