The accommodation

Beautiful apartment located right on the seafront with superb views of the sea and Levante bay in Benidorm. The apartment is on the fifth floor (there is a lift) and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, another double room and one single room. The kitchen is fully fitted with all electrical appliances and there is a lounge-dining room with a spacious covered terrace, furnished with armchairs and a coffee table. The apartment measures some 115 m2 and there are 30 m2 of terrace.

The building has car parking facilities and the apartment has one garage parking place and a residents’ pool on the floor which leads out to the beach.

Setting

Guests will find a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops and businesses.

* The nearest golf course is 5 km away.
* The Terra Mítica theme park is just 8 km away.

• Day trip to Terra Mítica.
• Trip to Valencia: City of Arts and Sciences, the Americas Cup facilities, the international Formula 1 circuit, Valencia’s medieval district… . Valencia is only one hour away on the AP-7. It is a fantastic option for a day out.
• Other attractions: Aqualandia, Mundo Mar, Vergel Safari Park
• Furthermore, guests can go diving, play golf, do water activities at the pleasure port, visit hidden coves and beaches along the local coastline….

The apartment was beautiful and all 3 of our party had a wonderful time. There was nothing to complain of in the apartment as it was lovely and the Landlady and her daughter were too. The only issue had was lack of Wi-Fi so I couldn't work but she has said she will look into it for next year which would be great as I could stay longer if I could do a little work. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone to stay as it is quiet in the evening and morning so you can see both the sun set and rise in peace while it is little busier during the day. It was a shame we were there for the fiesta as the pools are closed but the sun was still shining. It is perfect location for walking to the British square, while far away enough to be not disturbed by it. It also has parking which was really useful. Although in hindsight its such a good central place next time we'll only book the car for a little further sightseeing as everything in Benidorm is in comfortable walking distance.

Just spent 31 Days at this apartment and I must say it is the best we have stayed in we have been coming to Benidorm for seventeen years and stayed in hotels and apartments but this is the best the location is close to the old town and the new town the view is second to none the accommodation is large we are five adults who stayed here and there was plenty of room for every one you get the sun from early morning till the sun sets the owners are very help full and speak very good English and try there best to sort any problems straight away I would recommend this apartment to any one
