The accommodation

The house, located in the town of Arties, is located on private land of 100 sqm with splendid views of the valley and mountains.

The house has 220 m2 on two floors and very comfortable rustic furnishings:

Upper floor:

- Dining room: 55 m2 on 2 levels, with a large window, fireplace, TV and DVD.

- Kitchen: spacious, well appointed and bright. Has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, coffee maker, "blender", etc..

- Multipurpose Room: 30 m2 (capacity of 4-6 people) with TV, sofa bed, two beds, wardrobe, office, etc..
- 3 bathrooms poliban.

Downstairs:

- Three rooms: spacious master bedroom, second bedroom with 2 beds of 1.20 m each and a third with 2 other beds of 0.9 m.

Setting

It is located 100 meters from the center of town, where you can find a grocery store and restaurant. Furthermore, the proximity of Baqueira, and other alpine populations, makes this location a great choice for skiers and lovers of adventure sports in general.

INFORMATION ARTIES

The town of Arties (400 inhabitants) is located 1,143 m above sea level in the confluence of the river Garonne Valarties in a small widening of the Val d'Aran in the Pyrenees. At the end of the village, the banks of Valarties, dominated by the Montardo Tuc (2,833 m), leads to the birth of Valarties river where the ponds Mar, Tort, Rius, Restanca that of his mountain retreat to and other minor side.

In the old town is the parish church of Santa Maria d'Arties, Romanesque XI and XII century, with an elegant bell tower. North of the population, the right of the Garonne and the other side of the road, stands the church of Sant Joan d'Arties, Gothic building from the late thirteenth-early fourteenth octagonal with a bell tower. In the outskirts of town are the Baths d'Arties, sulphurous waters and hot springs have two.

Arties has medical office, pharmacy, various shops and an interesting selection of bars and restaurants. It also has a recreational outdoor sports area and a space delimited and protected zoo where you can see a copy of bruno bear.
