Nice apartment located in a very relax situation in a famous urbanisation called Las Mariposas (The butterflies) separated by a few kilometers of a fishing village in a familiar environment. This apartment counts with a very wide outside terrace from where you could enjoy beautiful views of a common swimming pool and a garden while you have lunch with your own family and enjoy the sunshine. Moreover this flat counts with a private parking inside the own building where you would be able to keep your car while you are in one of the amazing beaches really close to this enclosure. (One of the best beaches of the south of the Spain, with thin and white-sand)

Setting

In this setting you could practise horse-riding, swimming, diving, paddle, tennis, sailing, biking and is surrounded by many golf pitches. Of course everything also accompanied by a owesome sunshine and really good temperatures.
