Comfortable, quiet and bright apartment on the first floor facing east. It has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 1.50 with 1 double and 2 beds of 90, 1 bathroom, living room with chaiselongue. Full kitchen and large terrace with access from the lounge and master bedroom.

Apartment equipped with air conditioning with heat pump and kitchenware, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Freeview, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker.

Setting

Magnificent urbanization of luxury, private, completely closed. It has large and beautiful garden and promenade areas, 2 community summer pools and 1 heated pool, 2 paddle courts and playground and swings for children. It has a lot of outdoor parking area. In front of the urbanization there is a MERCADONA Supermarket.

The urbanization is about 1,000 m. from the beach "El Playazo" (7 km long and more than 100m wide) and very close to the "Hispania" shopping centers (with a Consum and pharmacy 1 km away from the urbanization), "Vera Plaza" with different restaurants (pizzeria, freierno, cafeteria and breakfasts ...) and shops (clothes, gifts, Chinese shop ...), and "La Esquina de Puerto Rey", where you can find an Internet cafe, press, cafeteria, Chinese store ...

Activities and attractions

In the vicinity of the development will find a water park, sailing, motor ultralight flying club, tennis mini-cars, fishing club and fishing and diving. In addition there are 4 golf courses within 30 km. Very near Garrucha, picturesque village with a beautiful fishing port, and Mojácar, a beautiful Arab style village built on a peak of Sierra Cabrera. A 20Km starts the natural park of Cabo de Gata with its magnificent beaches and crystal clear sea protected ideal for scuba diving.

Excellent communications, five minutes from the motorway A-7 binds Vera Almeria rest of Andalusia, Murcia, Alicante and Madrid. Half an hour from Almeria Airport and minutes from the marinas at Garrucha and Villaricos. Since 2007 it has the new highway connecting Vera and Cartagena and La Manga del Mar Menor.
