The accommodation

A 3 bedroom apartment in private plot in El Perellonet.
Beach front, with private swimming pool and large solarium and pergolas for dinners "al fresco"
Direct access to the golden sand beach.
Comunity saloons for celebrations, barbecue area, storage room (for bikes, surfboards, etc), 2 elevators. Concierge.
Private car park and car wash.
All the apartment overlooks the beach. Available for 4-5 people, (exceptionally 7 people, please consult).
Big living room with a terrace,fully equipped kitchen, 1 toillet with shower, basin and wc. 1 toillet with wc and basin.

Setting

* Situated in a quiet area. In summertime there is a beach lifeguard and medical asistance next to the building.
* The apartment is 15 minutes walk from town, where you can find all kind of services such as restaurants, bars, market, church, clinics, etc. with a nice Yacht Club El Perelló.
* Next to Natural Park El Saler and La Albufera lake.
* 20 km to Valencia city and the famous City of Arts and Sciences.

Activities and attractions

In the area of La Albufera you can enjoy boat trips, fishing, and others activities like golf, windsurf, kitesurf, etc.
Wonderful local gastronomy, home of the Paella and other delicious rice dishes.

super vacance

j ai passer des supers vacance en Espagne, les locataires était super gentille et adorable pour une premier location a l étranger même avec la difficulté de la langue on c est compris. l appartement et super bien situer comme sur les photos piscine priver et on a un gardien paco et sa femme qui son adorable. je le conseille j ai passer des vacance avec mon marie mes 2 enfant (11 ans et 12 ans) et mes beau parent merci a vous adela cordialement wassila et alan
